Yorkshire Water, like many water suppliers, do a lot of essential and generally thankless work in the community that mostly involves sewers and pipes in the ground. And more often that not, it's only ever in the public eye when there's a drought, a leak, or a flood. (The nature of the Christmas Tree Effect is just one of the fascinating aspects of the job I learned about when working with them.) So instead, I branded the much more palatable end product with a series of press ads and posters - as well as distributing thousands of empty plastic Yorkshire Water bottles for customers to fill themselves at offices, clubs and gyms. I also created a series of TV idents for the local weather report, featuring invented weather-related rhymes.
